For today's episode, we have the Director of Strategic Accounts of National Coatings & Supplies | Single Source, Inc. (NCS | SSI),  Ryan Ketcham.

Ryan is an accomplished Sales Executive with proven experience in identifying, analyzing and utilizing market opportunities within a variety of organizational structures and corporate development stages. Results driven business partner with consistent sales growth in Manufacturing and Software sectors within the Automotive and Industrial Industry. Skilled in C-Suite Negotiations, Public Speaking, SaaS, IoT, Managing Distribution Channels, Product Development, Operations Management, Talent & Performance Management, Sales, and Business Development. 

 Ryan became Account Manager in Automotive Color and Supply for almost 1 year and became National Sales Manager in LeanTec Inventory Solutions in 2015 for almost 6 years. In 2021, he worked at Performance Refinish Supply assigned with growth Strategies, Consulting and Business Development. Recently he joined National Coatings & Supplies | Single Source, Inc. (NCS | SSI) team as Director of Strategic Accounts. 

 Ryan finished his studies at Indiana University Bloomington with a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science.
